By accessing this website or using any Brickell Wallstreet service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

Eligibility and account opening

Services are offered to individuals and entities that meet our eligibility criteria and successfully complete identity verification. Submitting an application or joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not guarantee approval.

Services provided through partners

Banking services, debit card issuance, custody of customer funds and digital assets, and securities or investment products are provided by appropriately licensed partner banks, card issuers, custodians and regulated service providers. Those services are also subject to the partner's own agreements and disclosures.

Brickell Wallstreet is a financial technology company and is not itself a bank unless expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.

Digital asset and investment risk

Digital assets, tokenized products and investments are volatile and can lose value, including total loss. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor is it investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Past performance does not predict future results.

The BWS token and any related benefits are subject to program rules, availability and applicable law, and may change.

Fees

Fees, limits and rewards applicable to accounts, cards, membership tiers and transactions are disclosed before you enroll and in the applicable schedule of fees, which may be updated with notice.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, trademarks and software are owned by Brickell Wallstreet or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brickell Wallstreet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

Changes, governing law and contact
